- Rana's Bakery New Italian Loaf Ready Mix
- 225ml of Water
- Gluten Free Flour
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan or gas mark 4
- Empty Rana's Bakery New Italian Loaf mix into a bowl
- Add 225ml of warm water
- Stir until well combined
- leave to rest for 5 minutes
- dust your work surface with Gluten free flour and kneed until it resembles a smooth dough ball
- Lay the dough onto a baking tray that has been lined with baking powder
- and dust with gluten free flour.
- Place the dough into Rana's baking bag provided and fold
- bake for 80 minutes
