Rachel's Freefrom New Italian Loaf


Rachel's Freefrom New Italian Loaf was made using Rana's Bakery New Italian Loaf Mix which can be found Here

 

Ingredients 

 

  • Rana's Bakery New Italian Loaf Ready Mix

  • 225ml of Water

  • Gluten Free Flour

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan or gas mark 4

 

  1. Empty Rana's Bakery New Italian Loaf mix into a bowl

 

  1. Add 225ml of warm water

 

  1. Stir until well combined

 

  1. leave to rest for 5 minutes

 

  1. dust your work surface with Gluten free flour and kneed until it resembles a smooth dough ball

 

  1. Lay the dough onto a baking tray that has been lined with baking powder 

 

  1. and dust with gluten free flour.

 

  1. Place the dough into Rana's baking bag provided and fold

 

  1. bake for 80 minutes

 

  1. ENJOY!
