What cake is never on time? ... chocoLATE 🍫🍰 Good job it’s always the right time for chocolate cake then! We used chickpea water as a replacement for eggs to make this delicious vegan and GF chocolate cake using the Organ cake mix. @orgranfoods Chocolate Cake mix is available at Foodsake! ☺️ tag us in your creations! 🍰
Ingredients (vegan version) :
- Organ Chocolate Cake Mix
- 165 ml of water 💦
- 60g of melted vegan margarine
- 6 tablespoons of Chickpea Water (aquafaba) or 2 🥚
I used Dr. Oetker Buttercream Style Icing Rich Chocolate for frosting which is also vegan, and Ballers from @doisyanddam for decoration but feel free to get creative.
You will need two cake tins and some parchment paper.
