Ingredients
- 1 banana
- Handful of blueberries
- Handful of strawberries
- Choice of toppings
Preparation
- Place the banana, blueberries and strawberries into the blender. Then add a splash of milk (we used coconut milk).
- Pour contents into a bowl. We used the sustainable coconut bowl from Zero Waste Leicester which is available to purchase from our website.
- Time for toppings! Here we used a sprinkle of chia seeds, flaked almonds and some frozen raspberries. Be creative with your toppings and tag us on instagram in your smoothie bowls! @foodsake_
