Sweet tooth? A sweet snack might be just what you need in the afternoon, so why not try apple crisps? They're cheap and easy to make, with only eating apples and a little cinnamon needed, and they're nutritious too! Basic recipe below if you'd like to give them a go and keep your cravings at bay!⬇️
Recipe (Serves 3-4) 🍎
Slice up the apples in thin slices
Add apples to a bowl with 1-2 tsp cinnamon, then mix well to coat them all
Bake at 180°C for 40-50mins until golden and crisp
Leave to cool and dry for at least 1hr, then store in an airtight container for up to 1 week - I'd recommend dividing into 3-4 small boxes for an easy snack-to-go for work!
